I’m a proud air force brat and an even prouder Greek-o-Rican (Greek/Puerto Rican). I have a deep appreciation for different cultures…and foods. I graduated from UNC, in Greeley, CO, with a bachelors in Secondary Spanish Education/Psychology. I went on to teach middle school for 8 years and love every minute—really.
I have been very blessed with parents, and relationships throughout my life that have shown me the presence of God, despite the darkness that sometimes takes over the world. My faith has been a gift, and ever increased when I discerned Religious life with the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia in Nashville Tennessee. Though the Lord called me back to Denver after my postulant year of formation, to meet my husband and start a family, the thirst for knowledge and truth, and the desire to share that truth with others, has remained imprinted in my heart. It is my privilege and honor to live His most beautiful truth with the youth this year at Blessed Sacrament.
